I like the packaging.
I realised the seal of my shampoo was broken upon receiving. The product is in a pop lid and easily squeezes out.
The conditioner is lightweight, not too oily and nourishes the hair.

Sensitive benefits, otherwise not for me
Upon using this product I was a little disappointed as it felt as if my hair was dirty the next day. I did like the scent as having sensitive scalp some of the other brands can be overwhelming with their scents and additives which make my head itch. Not my favourite product but it definitely is better than some for the sensitive features.
