Use as a pre-shampoo treatment 1-2 times per week. Part hair at scalp as best as you can. Apply a small amount to damp or wet scalp and gently massage in small circular motions. Rinse well, then shampoo and condition as normal

Not for me
I loved the idea of this as I get flakes after normal wash. However the beads were really hard to work in and even harder to wash out. It's a great concept and would be better if it wasn't in the bead form.
