Not right for me
I received this product to trial. It has no fragrance which I liked as sometimes the perfumes in shampoo, especially if floral, trigger my allergies. This certainly had no fragrance I could detect. The shampoo had a nice clean texture until I washed my hair with it. I found it made my hair feel like straw during the wash and I tried a double cleanse to see if that made a difference but it did not. Unfortunately this product did not suit me and I would not repurchase.

Nicely scented shampoo
This had a nice scent and was gentle on my scalp. I wish it was a bit more nourishing because i have quite dry and damaged hair. overall it is a decent quality shampoo. *i received this product to review

Sensitive scalp benefits, otherwise not for me
Upon using this product I was a little disappointed as it felt as if my hair was dirty the next day. I did like the scent as having sensitive scalp some of the other brands can be overwhelming with their scents and additives which make my head itch. Not my favourite shampoo product but it definitely is better than some for the sensitive features.

Disappointed
I have used the A’kin unscented sensitive shampoo for about 10 years as I am very sensitive to chemicals and some plant ingredients. I could not use it once it contained Rosehip oil and I cannot use the new current version, they make my head sting. Why do the ingredients keep changing? The ingredients from the original were perfect and the hairdresser commented what great condition my hair was. Luckily I had several bottles of the old version which I have just finished. Disappointed in this new version of the product, it is unusable for me

Disappointed and dissatisfied
I bought this a couple of weeks ago. Left my scalp super itchy, flaky and dry. My hair was also sooo dry as it was stripped of all its natural oil that I could not brush it!! I had been using A'Kin/Alchemy products for years and years! They have changed the packaging and the ingredients a couple of times and this time, for the worst!! Will not be a returning customer unfortunately. I had to resort to using what I had left over from the small travel bottles that I had filled up when i went away in Oct of the Mild and Gentle shampoo and conditioner from the old range. Now I have to go in search of a whole new product.

Not for blonde hair!
I have blonde hair (dyed) and found this shampoo to be incredibly drying. This shampoo caused a lot of breakage and fall out. I have been dying my hair blonde for 15+ years and have used so many other brands of shampoo and have never had this problem. I did notice that it felt calming on my scalp, which I did like so this product could be great for people that have a sensitive scalp (which it claims to do). But I cannot recommend this product to anyone with colour-treated hair. Disclaimer: I received this product from A'Kin to review.
